Digital Marketing and Graphic Communications

Director of Digital Marketing and Graphic Communications.  Von brings extensive design and creative experience to our firm.  She produced a video used to highlight the "No Racism Zone", an anti-racism project implemented by the Marion County (Indianapolis area) Public School Superintendents.  In addition, she is the marketing and creative strategist for WNBA Hall of Famer Tamika Catchings Tea’s Me Cafe tea shop and Catch The Stars Foundation.

Von is the visionary founder, marketing expert, and creative strategist behind 8393 Creative. She also serves as President and founder of the YEP We Design Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through creativity, character development, and entrepreneurship.

With an Associate degree in Graphic and Web Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Von brings over a decade of expertise in branding and marketing, coupled with more than 12 years of business management experience.

Fueled by a commitment to helping others achieve their goals, she partners closely with clients from strategy development through to implementation, fostering the critical thinking skills essential for competitiveness and relevance in today's marketplace. Her work includes successful collaborations with major brands such as Volkswagen, Catchings Enterprise, George Hill Rising Stars, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Grand Park, LST Marketing, Sony Music, Mid-States MSDC, The Winston Terrell Group, and Ryan Hunter-Reay Racing for Cancer.

Outside of work, Von enjoys cooking—especially seafood—sharing her recipes, gaming, and spending time with family and close friends.
