We believe that equality is important to the success of our nation’s future. That’s why we have been active in the efforts to ensure the active involvement of firms owned by minorities, women, veterans, the physically challenged and members of the LGBTQ community on public and private sector projects.

We have:

Served as the lead consultant to develop and expand minority business development opportunities on a major infrastructure project for an international firm. Resulted in the firm being the recipient of numerous awards for supplier diversity.
Designed and implemented a supplier diversity program for a school district that has resulted in unprecedented participation levels for XBEs.
Worked with our public and private sector clients to recruit, research, and ensure the participation of diverse suppliers on projects.
